The FAZ Executive Committee recently approved a new salary structure for secretariat staff, addressing concerns over critically low wages that FAZ President Keith Mweemba identified when he assumed office. With the Executive Committee’s approval, the new salaries were implemented, prompting staff to invite the President to a meeting to personally express their gratitude. During the meeting, Choolwe Moonga, a long-serving FAZ employee, spoke on behalf of staff, expressing deep appreciation for the long-awaited salary adjustment.
