Dr. W.K. Mutale-Nalumango, Vice President of the Republic of Zambia, emphasized the importance of peace and human dignity during an Extra‑Ordinary Meeting of the ICGLR Ministers of Defense held in Livingstone. Let us remain vigilant, avoid unnecessary confrontation, and uphold the sanctity of human life.”
