With Zambia’s healthcare system facing uncertainty due to a review of international funding and support, Anthu Omwe Health Centre in Mungule Area, Chibombo District, has achieved a major milestone—providing free healthcare services to 50,000 patients in just one and a half years.

The health centre has been instrumental in delivering essential medical services, including antenatal care, treatment for waterborne diseases, and under-five care, to a community that has long struggled with limited access to quality healthcare.

Founder Cyrille Njikeng credited this achievement to the resilience and commitment of both the medical and non-medical staff at Anthu Omwe.

Njikeng emphasized that this milestone is only the beginning, as Anthu Omwe is part of a larger mission under The Dream Life Two Sixty—a dedicated initiative aimed at expanding healthcare services to underserved communities across Zambia.
