The newly appointed envoys include:
- Ambassador Albert Muchanga to Ethiopia
- Ambassador Prof. Nkombo Muuka to the United Arab Emirates
- Ambassador Abidon Liston Mawere to Russia
- High Commissioner Grace Mutembo to South Africa

At the Cabinet Office, the President also swore in senior officials:
