The late President Lungu served from 2015 to 2021, guiding Zambia through a transformative period with both challenges and milestones.

In his heartfelt message, President Hichilema concluded by offering words of comfort to the bereaved family: “May his memory bring comfort to his loved ones, and may our unity as a nation carry us through this difficult time. May his soul rest in eternal peace.”
