  2. Jacob was born in Kitwe, Zambia.
  3. He currently plays as a striker for Chinese side Liaoning F.C..
  4. Well known for his pace and power during his time in the Netherlands he missed out on Zambia’s 2012 Africa cup of nations win due to a thigh injury.
  5. Jacob Mulenga started his career at Afrisports FC in Zambia, a club that has produced the likes of Rainford Kalaba, Stoppila Sunzu and the like.
  6. His club form at Afrisports which at that time was time was playing in the Zambian First Division earned him a spot in the Zambia National Football Team.
  7. At Chateroux FC he put up impressive performances at the Ligue 2 side and left with a respectable record of 27 goals in 109 games, which is a record to this day for a Zambian player in the Ligue 2.
