After Attending the Catholic Church in Ndola, Macky2 started showing interests in music when he was in his childhood
He left home in 2011 to Lusaka and started working under a music label Digital X with Alfa Entertainment and J-Kayo, where he released his first album Ndimupondo
Number 1 Fan and I am the President was his first songs on his Album to be played on air
In 2013 Kaira was awarded for his Album Legendary
later 2014, he got nominated in Zambia Music Awards in the categories of best collaboration, Best Mainstream Artist and best hip-hop/rap Album
He contested in big brother season nine when he survived in the house for the full length of the show to the final week and got eliminated on the third place
2015 he received an award for song of the year
Macky 2 is married to Cheelo Hating and a father of 1
Mulaza Kaira is also related to a Zed hiphop/rap artist Chef
From 2012 to 2018 he released 5 Albums and receive 4 wards
